Responsibilities:
? Create new hire personnel files ? Create and maintain spreadsheets for tracking of sensitive personnel information to include staffing assignments.
? facilitation of New Hire Orientation ? Provide general correspondence (internal and external) written and verbal ? Schedule pre-employment interviews ? File HR records ? Assist with the setup and execution of planned associate events ? Create associate and contractor badges using ProWatch ? Monitors and assists with incoming telephone calls ? Follows set safety procedures and guidelines to maximize personal safety.
? Maintains an organized work area and promotes a safe working environment.
? Follows all company policies and procedures.
? Will be cross-trained as needed in other HR functions ? All other duties as assigned.
